Bookkeeper/Office Manager Gig Job in Berkshire County

Salary: $25-$35/hr DOE

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8a-4p


Our Client is in need of a Bookkeeper/Office Manager for a busy commercial electrical business. This role is fast paced and this role wears many hats.


Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll accurately using QuickBooks Online
  • Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage weekly customer billing and invoicing process
  • Collect outstanding A/R
  • Process AP weekly
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally, resolving inquires when appropriate
  • Enter and maintain job orders and related data within company systems
  • Oversee and support daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Maintain organized records, files and documentation
  • Support staff and management with general office coordination and communication


Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
  • 2 years experience in a bookkeeping role or similar
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining organization and accuracy
