Tamara E. Sime started her career at GE Plastics and worked in several financial roles over a 7 year period. Sime is also a graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program. In 2001, she was recruited by a local employment agency to take over as their CFO. Sime spent 19 years managing the operations of that business while producing substantial revenue and profit growth. In late 2020, Sime branched off on her own and started TEC Staffing Services. In 2024 TEC Consulting Services was launched under the TEC umbrella. Since its introduction, Sime has consulted with a variety of entrepreneurs over several different industries and the portfolio continues to grow.
Jaclyn Aubin Freitag has spent the last 5 years of her career in Human Resource, Career Counseling and Staffing roles. Freitag, who is also PHR trained, has been with TEC from the beginning.
