Salary Range: $93,000 - $114,000
Schedule: 12 hour rotating schedule

TEC Staffing is recruiting for a Power Plant, that promotes production of sustainable, renewable energy from waste.
Position Summary:
The Shift Supervisor will lead a team, ensure quality and safety protocols are implemented. The Supervisor will support development of operating procedures and work together with other team members to solve interrelated administrative, organizational, and technical puzzles. The ideal candidate for this position is someone enthusiastic about applying best operating practices to increase efficiencies and profitability.
Requirements:
- Background in plant operations
- 5 years of hands-on experience/supervision of power plant machinery or similar field
- MA 2nd Class Engineer License or ability to acquire one within a year
- Experience with DCS and CEM equipment preferred
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable standing, walking, sitting, crouching, climbing, and crawling
- Must be comfortable working in confined spaces and wearing a full-face respirator
