Senior Human Resource Professional Job in Berkshire County MA

Salary: $72,000 - $86,000

The Senior HR Professional will work closely with department leaders in talent acquisition, employee engagement and development, policy and procedures, investigations, workplace concerns, and strategic workforce and succession planning. The goal of this role is to assist in organizational growth by identifying, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.

Responsibilities:

• Manage talent acquisition process
• Work closely with business leaders and the HR team to ensure the screening process is done in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist field management in resolving complex employee relation issues
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, & practices
• Provide legal, safety, and compliance training as needed
• Assist with field talent management and retention initiatives
• Consult with leaders to promote the value of diversity and inclusion
• Provide individual and group training to develop and boost respectful and successful working environment
• Additional HR duties as requested

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of previous experience in the HR field or similar field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized
• Calm and approachable demeanor
• Problem-solving skills
