Float Bank Teller Job Opening in Berkshire County
Starting Salary: $17/hour
Schedule: Mon-Fri 40 hours weekly with E/O Sat 1/2 days.
TEC Staffing Services is recruiting for a full-time Float Bank Teller with required travel to their Pittsfield, Dalton and Great Barrington locations. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the public, is comfortable handling large cash transactions, and selling bank products &/or services.
Responsibilities:
- Process routine transactions (cash checks, deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, etc.)
- Evaluate customer needs & offer new products/services
- Cross sell bank products and services to build customer relationships
- Build customer relationships
- Resolve customer issues as needed
Skills:
- Previous banking or financial services experience a plus
- Strong communication
- Attention to detail
- Basic Math skills & Cash handling
- Customer Service Oriented
- Sales skills
Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs
- Standing, sitting, bending, & walking for long periods of time
- Ability to use calculator, adding machine, computer
- Flexibility
- Reliable transportation
