Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity in Berkshire County, MA
Job Type: Direct Hire Opportunity
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Salary: $50,000 Yearly

Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for managing communications between the customers, production team, and purchasing departments to ensure that production is met on time and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be seasoned in customer service and have excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Handle communications from internal and external customers
- Responsible for generating quotes and purchase orders
- Ensure customer supplied materials are available to meet deadlines
- Provide support to sales representatives
- Attend production meetings and communicate with departments
- Follow jobs throughout the production process to ensure quality, accuracy, and meet deadlines
- Responsible for oversight of projects and managing communication from start to finish with customers, production, and purchasing
- Provide backup for other departments as needed
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years of related experience in the print industry
- Must have experience with MS Office, working knowledge of spreadsheets
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Basic math skills
- Ability to apply common sense
