Estimator & Inside Sales for a Construction Company in Berkshire County
Direct Hire
Pay Range: $23-$24/HR
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7AM-4PM w/ alternating Sat 7AM-1PM

TEC Staffing Services is recruiting for an Estimator & Inside Sales Associate. The primary role of this position is to work with vendors & clients providing quotes and specifications of wood products and trusses. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be thorough, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Contractor & homeowner sales in person and on the phone
- Blueprint reading and doing material take offs and cost estimates
- Work with vendors and clients providing quotes on products
- Assist with inventory
- Assist with outside sales as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to read blueprints
- MS Office – Basic Computer Skills
