Position Type:  Direct Hire Opportunity

Schedule:  Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM

Salary:  $45,000K-50,000K

Benefits:  PTO, Sick Time, 401K, Health & Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, STD & LTD


TEC is recruiting for a Human Resource Coordinator for a local manufacturer of marketing tools for the building materials industry.


Position Summary

As the Human Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the payroll and benefits. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and have knowledge of human resource processes and practices.


Responsibilities

  • Manage the payroll process
  • Administer employee benefits
  • Responsible for compliance, reporting, and filing of any employee documentations
  • Provide additional Human Resource support as needed


Qualifications

  • Associates Degree or 5 years of work-related experience
  • HR Certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Computer skills
