Behavioral Health Clinician Job Opening

Schedule: Day Shift, M-F, 9AM-5PM

Salary: $65,000 Depending on experience

Position Summary:

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you will provide clinical expertise and guidance to organizational staff to better provide quality of care to clients. In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for education, team facilitation, and quality improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly clinical supervisions
• Clinical record reviews
• Assist in team meeting in providing goals for clients
• Identify, develop, and implement resources and assessments as needed
• Evaluate services and goals, and identify unmet goals
• Available for crisis consultation as needed
• Conduct and provide professional staff development training
• Provide client visits as needed
• Participate in group case presentations
• Collaborate with department heads to support staff
• Develop and maintain working relationships with health providers and human service agencies
• Other duties as needed

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or Human Services
• LICSW
• At least 2 years’ experience in counseling and/or casework
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong leadership skills, must be an independent thinker and self-starter
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be Vaccinated
