Schedule: Day Shift 10 HR Days Mon-Thur w/ Flex Friday’s. Work from home possibility (post onboarding, as approved by leadership).
Starting Salary: $25-35/HR (Starting pay rate will depend on experience & track record). With Bonus’s (Dependent on hitting Sales Targets).

TEC Staffing is recruiting for an established machine shop and injection mold company, who are expanding due to recent leadership change and sales growth.
Position Summary:
Contributing to the continuing growth and success of the organization the Lead Inside Sales/Project Manager will be integral to expanding existing sales and nurturing new targeted growth accounts. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with 5-10years proven experience in Machine-Shop, Tool & Die, and/or Production Injection Mold & Tooling industry.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and maintain ownership of key existing customer accounts.
- Provide leadership and direction for the Company’s technical proposals to customers.
- Develop quotations and proposals that provide the greatest value to customers.
- Accurately determine the Company’s cost for products and services
- Implement pricing strategies that return the greatest gross margin to the Company.
- Understand customer needs and requirements that strengthen the overall Long-Term Value of accounts
- Collaborate with industry partners to expand pipeline opportunities and close deals.
- Apply standard work procedures and assure accuracy and timeliness in all areas of responsibility.
- Know the ins and outs of the plastic injection molding industry and contract manufacturing processes.
- Work internally with production teams and other departments to verify project schedules and capacities for maximizing workflow and throughput of a dynamic shop environment.
- Represent the “Voice of the Customer” during weekly internal Production meetings.
- Contribute to ongoing CRM and customer engagement improvement programs.
- Manage project kick-off’s and support ongoing project management for customer reports and schedule updates, as needed.
- Uphold the Quality Policy of the Company and comply with associated procedures.

Position Requirements:
- At least 5-years’ experience with inside capital equipment sales, preferably within tooling, machining, or injection mold industry
- Working knowledge of the standard processes and documentation requirements required by ISO standards.
- Excellent written and communication skills and fluency in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with customer negotiations, conflict resolution and program management best practices.
- Highly committed to quality & detail-oriented documentation and reporting
- Problem solver, proactive planning to meet changing regulatory requirements.
- Ability to independently plan, organize, co-ordinate, manage and execute assigned tasks.
- Direct, proven experience with Tool/Die manufacturing or injection molding quoting desired.
